The Minnesota River Valley National Scenic Byway via the City of Appleton is requesting proposals for a consultant to manage and fulfill requirements for a Minnesota Historical and Cultural Heritage Grant from the Minnesota Historical Society. Please see the attached document for the full request for proposal.
