The New Ulm Economic Development Authority (EDA) has an opening for a Maintenance Technician who will perform custodial, grounds, and general maintenance tasks for residential properties owned and/or managed by the EDA. Duties include cleaning and maintaining common areas, preparing units for new residents, performing minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, and assisting with general building support and groundskeeping. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and 2 years of custodial and/or building maintenance experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (20–25 hours/week, with flexibility if needed). The pay range is $16.42 – $19.41 per hour. Apply online at www.newulmmn.gov.
