AVAILABLE POSITION – SUBSTITUTE HEALTH ASSISTANT

Job Summary – The health assistant works with the school nurse providing first aid for sick or injured students, assists with hearing and vision screening, and helps with programs to ensure the standards of care throughout the district are met. It is recommended the candidate have an educational background in the health field.

This position offers a flexible a schedule. Schedule/work hours vary depending on the school district’s need.

Qualifications – current first aid and CPR certification

Start Date – As agreed upon

Compensation Package – Position Classification B21 offers a starting wage of $18.69 - $21.99 per hour, based on experience. There is no benefits package with this position.
