Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for assisting with the assurance of high-quality services, by fostering consistent and productive quality management practices through program policy, forms, licensing, audits, investigations, and employee training. Track and report on service quality.
- Assist in the development of program procedures to ensure program quality.
- Oversight of Program Licensing, Policies and Forms for 245D and other services as requested.
- Conduct audits to ensure program and training quality.
- Conduct program related investigations.
- Provide orientation and annual training to staff and conduct a variety of employee trainings.
- Coordinate processes to ensure Provider Enrollment requirements are met and maintained.
