Braised- Restaurant Week
August Schell Brewing Company, headquartered in New Ulm, MN, is proud to announce the first inaugural Braised: Schell’s Restaurant Week! Braised will take place in New Ulm, Mankato, St. Peter and surrounding areas from February 17th through 22nd. Braised Restaurant Week has 20+ participating restaurants creating a new and unique menu item to serve alongside an exclusive Schell’s Beer. The beer that Brewmaster Jace Marti has created for this chilly February season is a rum-barrel aged dark lager, available only to those who order a restaurant week meal from one of the participating locations.
