An AP Specialist is responsible for coordinating and entering company invoices into accounting systems and ensuring the timely payment of those invoices.
 
Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Data entry (Accounts payable) and proper filing of invoices.
• Preparation of subsidiary financial schedule
• Tax filings
• Support other accounting staff in day-to-day activities

• 1 or 2-year technical Bookkeeping/Accounting degree or certification
• 1-2 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word processing skills
