Description for Customer Service Representative/Teller:
Citizens Bank Minnesota, Main Office, is looking for a high performing full time Customer Service Representative/Teller who has great attention to detail to take care of our clients in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive relationships with new and existing clients, while excelling in a variety of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative/Teller:
- Processing of daily financial transactions
- Researching and resolving client questions
- Balancing Cash Drawer
- Promoting Products
- Opening new accounts
- Seeking optimal solutions for client satisfaction
- Demonstrate proficiency in performing tasks in both the drive thru and the lobby
- Participate in the Saturday morning drive-thru rotation

Customer Service Representative / Teller Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer and mathematical skills
- Customer Service experience beneficial but not required
- Previous banking experience beneficial but not required
