6 Class Series for Beginners Learn the basics of Yoga including breath work, poses, and philosophy. This class has a strong emphasis on how to incorporate yoga into your daily routines for a more balanced mind, body, and spirit. Each class will build upon the previous. NO experience necessary. All ages and levels celebrated.
