Join HYPE for Trust Before Titles, a 90-minute interactive professional development workshop led by Toby Freier, Vice President of Strategic Market Development & Outreach at Allina Health.

Through conversation, reflection and table discussion, we’ll explore:

→ What brings out the best in us — and what happens when we’re at our limit
→ The blind spots that can affect how others experience us
→ What builds trust and what gets in the way
→ How we show up when conflict or disagreement happens
→ The role trusted relationships play in our professional growth
→ How we can give others the same “hand up” we’ve received along the way
