Born with a rare missing 13th chromosome, Cashton has already faced more in his first year than most of us will in a lifetime — from fighting retinoblastoma, to living with a trach and ventilator, to navigating life with severely limited vision and hearing. Through every surgery, every hospital stay, and every difficult day, Cashton has shown nothing but strength, resilience, and a bright little spark that inspires everyone around him. This event is our chance to surround him and his family with love, support, and community — one truck, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time. ??
