Description: Using questions, quizzes, journaling, and coaching conversations,
participants will be led through a personal experience designed to increase your
confidence and live more intentionally. Bring coffee and a friend for a fun time of selfcare
and personal development! They are all self-contained workshops, so attend 1
session or all 3!
Presenter Information:
Audra Shaneman is an enthusiastic and empathetic presenter who is passionate
about encouraging women in every season. She is a menopausal soccer mom with
