Joe Hill: From Twin Cities area, Joe has been an educator and coach since his early 20's. He not only serves leaders and teams in public education, but also the communities they serve. Joe is an educational leader, executive team guide, and the founder of Higher Performance Group. Hill earned his Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration through the University of North Dakota, since then he has been a superintendent at a high school, a teaching and learning specialist, and now the founder of his own company.
Jerris Duncan: Former senior consultant and pastor, Jerris is currently a business coach from Business MAPS Training & Coaching. Working with business leaders and entrepreneurs, Jerris teaches people how to achieve clarity, and learn to work smarter, not harder.
