Jack Backbone was a basement band. Years ago, the name was coined as Jack Backbone & the Vertebrae. I was Jack. A lot of time passed; the name was recycled. Also known as Steve Pool, or SP. Tj Brown is a real name. Tom, Tommy, for real. Jack and TJ’s show conveys a down home, back porch acoustic/electric/harmonica/blues/country blues/americana/good feeling. But it isn’t loud unless your say it’s too quiet!
