Introduction to Meditation
Summer is the perfect time to learn to slow down. Enjoy this 6 week class to help you learn to de-stress, slow down, build resilience, and start your own at-home meditation and yoga practice. Cost is $240 which includes six 2-hour classes at The WELL, all readings, materials, and homework, and recordings in CD or mp3 form to use at home. Pre-registration required.
