Friends in the Kitchen/CAST Senior Center

Join us for our Friends in the Kitchen classes! Hosted by the CAST Senior Center, these classes are held at 11am on the second Wednesday of the month, year-round. During every class, Chef Renee Retzlaff will teach us to prepare three healthy, easy-to-make, inexpensive dishes. Attendees get to sample all the dishes and take home the recipes, too. Previous month’s recipes are available by request. All are welcome to attend this free class, and no pre-registration is required.
