ECFE Community Trunk or Treat

Come join us for our 3rd annual Community Trunk or Treat! We will be filling the Jefferson Parking Lot with community organizations and business ready to hand out their Halloween treats from their decorated trunks. All children ages infant-7 years old, and their parents, are invited to attend this fun-filled event. Costumes are optional. Please, no Halloween masks or weapons.
