We will be filling the Jefferson Parking Lot with community organizations and business ready to hand out their Halloween treats from their decorated trunks. All children ages infant-7 years old, and their parents, are invited to attend this fun-filled event. Costumes are optional. Please, no Halloween masks or weapons.
