CASTLE - National Monuments Concert by the Mankato Symphony Orchestra
The fifth of ten courses in the 2021 Fall Term of CASTLE Lifelong Learning, a program of the CAST Senior Center. Explore a variety of the distinctive styles and moving musical imagery of the great American composers Aaron Copland, Samuel Barber and George Gershwin. Performed by the Mankato Symphony Orchestra, led by guest conductor Silas Huff. Enrollment in the CASTLE Lifelong Learning program is $100 for one year, which covers a minimum of 18 different courses over Fall, Winter and Spring Terms. Courses include art, entertainment, health/wellness, history, literature, local interests, music, science, and more. Attendance of all courses is not required.
