We are currently looking for a Buildings and Groundskeeper to provide general maintenance, repair, cleaning, improvement, and security of buildings and facilities. Ensures the properties are operating in an effective, efficient, clean, and safe manner for employees and customers.
 
Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Maintains property including buildings, grounds, and facilities
• Ensures organization, cleanliness, and safety of facilities, grounds, and equipment
• Repair and make improvements to property, facilities, and equipment
• Maintains tools, equipment, and supplies
• Keep accurate records of inventory and maintenance work
• Performs grounds maintenance, including snow removal, lawn mowing, and landscape upkeep
• Special event assistance company-wide

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• 2 years related experience
