The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive relationships with new and existing clients, while excelling in a variety of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist lenders by preparing and processing loan documentation
- Ordering and obtaining any necessary supporting documents
- Filing recordable documents
- Inputting and maintaining loans on the Bank’s core software
- Maintaining loan files and renewal documentation
- Providing customer service to loan customers
- Assist the Loan Servicing Specialist as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer and mathematical skills
- Customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Loan processing experience beneficial but not required
- Banking experience beneficial but not required
- Experience with legal docs beneficial but not required
