Mortgage Loan Processor - New Ulm

Citizens Bank Minnesota is looking for a high performing Mortgage Loan Processor who loves working with people and has great attention to detail to take care of clients in our New Ulm location. The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive relationships with new and existing clients, while excelling in a variety of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist lenders by preparing and processing loan documentation
  • Ordering and obtaining any necessary supporting documents
  • Filing recordable documents
  • Inputting and maintaining loans on the Bank’s core software
  • Maintaining loan files and renewal documentation
  • Providing customer service to loan customers
  • Assist the Loan Servicing Specialist as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer and mathematical skills 
  • Customer service experience beneficial but not required
  • Loan processing experience beneficial but not required
  • Banking experience beneficial but not required
  • Experience with legal docs beneficial but not required
