New Ulm Area Foundation seeks a part-time Executive Director (20–30 hrs/week, in office) to lead operations, fundraising, and community engagement. Work closely with the Board to support local grantmaking.
Qualifications: Nonprofit, fundraising, or related experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.
