"You Make the Difference" Workshop
The Brown County Free Fair has been selected to host a special workshop through the You Make the Difference program and are bringing nationally recognized speaker Ian Hill to New Ulm! This opportunity was awarded through a competitive application process, and we’re fortunate to have it brought right here to our community. The program is designed specifically to support fair boards and volunteers, providing practical tools to strengthen leadership, recruit and retain volunteers, and build long-term sustainability.
While the training is tailored to the unique challenges fairs face, the strategies and takeaways are highly relevant for anyone who serves on a board, leads a committee, or works with volunteers. Participants can expect practical, real-world ideas that can be applied across a wide range of organizations and community initiatives.
