Yoga 101: 4 Week Series
Join Kinzie for a 4 week series diving into YOGA. Learn the fundamental of breathe, posture, and movement. Focus will be on alignment, safety, and mindfully moving in your body of the day. Great for Beginners and experienced yogis alike! Whether you've never stepped on a yoga mat before, are looking to return to your practice and need a refresh, or are interested in diving deeper in to alignment of breathe and body and the philosophy of Yoga - This session is for you! Class is for ALL Levels - lots of variations will be provided for you to create a unique and satisfying Yoga experience. Session will build upon each class but DROP INS are ALWAYS WELCOME.
