Tai Chi Session #2
Instructor Pam Krzmarzick
Learn basic Qigong and Tai Chi principals and fundamental movements to exercise the whole body and balance the mind. Tai Chi has been called meditation in motion. Research has shown Tai Chi can increase flexibility, improve balance, reduce pain and enhance qualify of life. The exercises are low impact and can be practiced by anyone regardless of their age.
