Photography
Instructor: John Olson
Topics will include: Introduction to your camera, composition for improving photographs, how to use ISO, white balance, shutter speed and aperture to properly expose photographs, techniques on stopping and blurring action, focus modes, depth of field, use of different lenses, types of lighting, basic flash photography, and an introduction to studio lighting. You will be encouraged to take photographs outside of class for practice and sharing with the class. Help will be given to understand camera settings and topics of interest that class members may have. You should have a DSLR camera.
