Mindfulness and Self Care Tools Virtual Program
Mindfulness and Self Care is both a practice and a way of being present in the world that helps to transform our suffering into joy and peace. Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Have you been able to prioritize your mental health? Could you use some tools and tips to be more mindful in your work and life? Numerous studies have shown that using simple tools to help us retrain our minds to focus on the positive can increase feelings of well-being and decrease feelings of depression. These tools can also open us to the possibility of greater social connections, improved sleep, enhanced memory, and stronger immune system function. It's simple...and it's life-changing. Join us for this free virtual program as we discuss strategies to engage in mindfulness practices and self-care strategies. The presentation will cover a variety of tools you can add to your everyday routine. Th resources have been put together by the Bounce Back Project, which has a single purpose - to impact the lives of individuals, communities, and organizations be promoting health through happiness. Program provided by the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. This program is open to all. No preregistration necessary.
