Our Memory Café is a gathering of individuals living with memory loss along with a friend, family member, or caregiver in a safe, supportive and engaging environment. It is a free or low cost, social gathering, including activities, such as music, art, games, and refreshments. Held monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 10:30am in the Cafetorium at the CAST Senior Center. Attendees are encouraged to stay for lunch with Senior Dining at 11am. If dining, meals must be reserved at least a day in advance by calling 507-550-0741. The Memory Café is open to the public.
