More About Ann Vote:
Ann Vote believes that cultivating a positive, inclusive, engaging culture should be the first priority of every company, school, or organization. As a 16-year educator and non-profit director, she has experienced how the words and actions of a leader can either inspire individuals to reach their true potential or hinder and withhold their growth. Ann feels strongly that empowering people to see their worth will increase their belief in themselves and motivate them to be successful in their work and life! She provides culture coaching, leadership training, and professional development opportunities for businesses and schools in the tri-state area. Her business, IMPACT to Influence, is based here in New Ulm.
