The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring a new leadership development opportunity to the area. Ann Vote, Culture Coach and founder of Impact to Influence, will lead each interactive workshop. Her mission is to support leaders to build and nurture a culture where people feel valued, trusted, and confident.
 
Lead with IMPACT is a 4-part Leadership Series that will inspire you to cultivate and nurture a positive culture where you and others will thrive! Whether you are looking to confidently lead a customer or empower your team to take swift action, this series is for anyone looking to sharpen their leadership and communication skills.  Using her proprietary IMPACT techniques, Ann Vote will deliver a high-energy, thought-provoking, interactive presentation fueling you with purpose and providing specific actions you can implement immediately to increase your positive impact on your team, your clients, and your business.

Level Up with Clarity to Minimize Barriers and Cultivate a Thriving Culture
In order to set others up for success and cultivate a thriving culture, it is imperative to identify what needs nurturing and what practices need to be put in place to build momentum in your company. In this interactive session, participants will investigate their current work culture and assess what they envision for a thriving culture in 2023. All participants will walk away with action steps to take to begin building or continuing to nurture a culture where people want to be and can succeed.

Elevate the People Around You to Positively Shift Your Work Environment
When people around you feel appreciated and trusted, they are more motivated, more willing to try new things and more likely to achieve at a higher level! Fueling people around you will increase the positivity and productivity at work!

During this session, you will be trained on 3 IMPACT techniques that will take your communication to the next level and elevate others around you to believe in themselves, their skills and their success! 

 April 13 - Sweet Haven Tonics
Accelerate Your Business Through Consistent Actions
Sometimes leadership can feel like a lot of mindset work and planning but without action you will not see progress! In order to accelerate your business, bringing in more clients/customers or money, you need to consistently take action to grow your business and your success! This session is focused on actions YOU can take to progress in your business and get the results you want.

May 11 - Starkeller
Define Problems and Seek Solutions Quickly and Effectively
Ever sit in a meeting discussing a problem only for the meeting to end with no solution or action? In this session, you will learn the 2-minute Problem Solving IMPACT Technique that will help you solve problems, big and small, quickly and effectively!

These sessions are intended for established and emerging leaders. Attend one, or attend all four. Come alone, or bring your team!

As a 16-year educator and non-profit director, she has experienced how the words and actions of a leader can either motivate individuals to grow and achieve or hinder their growth and hold them back from their true potential.  Ann feels strongly that empowering people to see their worth will increase their belief in themselves and motivate them to be successful in their work and life!  She provides culture coaching, leadership training and professional development opportunities for schools and businesses in Minnesota.
