Wage & Hour Laws: What Do They Mean in the COVID-19 Era!
For many employers, there is significant confusion as to what federal wage and hours laws mean during these COVID-19 times we live in. As many employers know, the requirement that covered employers provide paid sick leave to workers under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act expired on December 31st. But there are other federal wage and hour laws. And it’s crucial that employers understand what those laws mean in these ‘non-normal’ times we live in. This session conducted by Corey Walton of the U.S. Department of Labor-Wage & Hour Division, will help employers connect those wage and hour dots as they navigate through COVID-19 challenges in the workplace.
