this 30 minute community conversation on how we can learn and grow together to move forward from any type of adversity. This event is free. Attendees may bring their own bag lunch, if they wish. No preregistration required and all are welcome to attend! The last several years have taught us many things, one being the importance of communities coming together in times of difficulty (whether that be the loss of a loved one, a medical emergency, a natural disaster, or a worldwide pandemic). This free of cost series will concentrate on specific building blocks of resilience. It will give everyone the opportunity to gather tools they can use to build resilience for themselves, their family, their workplace, and our communities at large.
