A mobile greenspace is coming to New Ulm! Imagine an entire downtown block with green turf, picnic tables, live music, bean bags and more. The turf will be out the first weekend of Oktoberfest! The grass will be put down Friday morning on October 4th on Minnesota Street from 1^st North to Center Street, and stay there until Sunday morning. We invite you to come down after 3pm on Friday and enjoy this space! Bring the kids! Bring your dog (though please clean up after)! Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets, if you wish! Listen to music (sponsored by B&L Bar), enjoy a beverage, snack or meal, and connect with friends, neighbors, and visitors!

Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at Mowan's, Lola's, or B&L can be brought out into the street (no glass and must stay within the closed street area). Grab lunch or dinner or ice cream at a nearby business and enjoy it on the grass. Three food vendors will also be outside and in this space (Sweet Kettle Madness, Optimist Club Cheese Curds, and Shoosters Grill).
