He is a professional engineer and a land use planner with decades of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning\, both from the University of Minnesota. LOCATION:Due to the projected high temperatures\, portions of this event has been moved to Schell's Brewery (Bier Halle). Updated Schedule: 1pm - Downtown Walking Tour - meet at German Park Pavilion 2-4pm - Presentation and Q&A at Schell's Brewery (Bier Halle) You are welcome to attend part or all of the activities.
