DESCRIPTION:Do you provide care for a loved one? Do you wish you knew how to take better care of yourself? This workshop is for you. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a group workshop designed to help caregivers develop self-care tools to better manage the unique challenges facing them. Workshop participants learn practical skills proven to reduce stress\, communicate more effectively\, improve self-care\, make effective decisions and access community resources for caregivers. Provided by Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota in partnership with the Community and Seniors Together (CAST) organization. This is a free\, six-week workshop\, and all are welcome to attend. Pre-registration is required by July 20 due to limited class size.
