SUMMARY:New Ulm Community Collage Ribbon Cutting
DESCRIPTION:The Downtown Action Team\, a committee of the Heart of New Ulm & the New Ulm Chamber\, partnered with art photographer Josh Madson to bring his community collage project to New Ulm. Over 200 groups and individuals got their photos taken! We are now moving on to the final stage - installation! This collage will be installed in two locations: outdoors on the wall of The Thimble Box on Center Street (right in the heart of our Downtown)\, and indoors in the hallway of the Library! Both are excellent locations for tourists and locals to see and enjoy this beautiful snapshot of our community for years to come! We are looking to raise $5\,000 to help make these public installations a reality.\n\n\n\nA ribbon cutting with the artist is planned for Thursday\, October 3\, 2024\, at 9am\, outside Thimble Box (2 S Minnesota St)\, with a reception following at the Chamber Office across the street at 1 N Minnesota St.
