DESCRIPTION:We know Renee and Susan from our Friends in the Kitchen classes\, but did you know they're also world travelers? Join us as the share an amazing adventure with wildlife\, culture\, and food plus a tour of Kibera\, one of the worlds largest slums and a visit to The Centre of Love Foundation.    Come join us for a fun and informative journey as we share our experience in one of the most beautiful countries in the world.  From tourism\, agriculture and a culture ripe with traditions and history\, their time in Kenya was rewarding\, educational\, uplifting and blessed with many opportunities.   This program is free and open to the public. No pre-registration needed. Provided by the CAST Senior Center\, this programming was developed to reach a wide audience of senior citizens\, providing a variety of interesting subjects via in-person presentations and experiences. Scheduled year-round\, we host programs at the CAST Senior Center\, but also travel to area libraries\, museums\, places of interest\, and other Senior/Community Centers in our area to introduce Seniors to the many program opportunities that are available. Our programs are open to the public and there are no membership dues. Unless noted\, the programs are provided free and no preregistration is required. Carpooling is available for out-of-town trips. Check out our program schedule every month and join us for our next event. We look forward to seeing you!
