Hats will be pictured in a presentation\, on display and worn by audience participants. It is suggested you come to the event wearing your favorite hat! The event is open to the public. Tickets are required. Tickets can be purchased at the Brown County Museum or at the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce beginning February 22nd.
