It is one of the few structures in Brown County\, from that era\, that is accessible to the public. Participate in a wide variety of experiences scheduled at various times throughout the season. Learn about early pioneer settlement\, customs\, and traditions of area immigrants. Discover and reexamine events\, like the US-Dakota War of 1862\, that shaped New Ulm. Examine the development of community and influence of social and political issues on area residents.
