DESCRIPTION:In this presentation\, Ruth Ann Webster\, President of the New Ulm Chapter of the League of Women Voters\, will share the history of the League of Women Voters\, how it was formed\, and how it has grown and evolved to become what it is today. Ruth Ann will also educate us on the many roles and services the League provides in addition to candidate forums and advocacy\, like the climate change task force\, naturalization ceremonies and civic youth involvement. Event info: We will meet in Room 111A in the CAST Senior Center at 1:30pm. You must arrange your own transportation. For members\, there is no charge for this event and for Pay-Per-Event there is a $10 event fee.
