DESCRIPTION:We've Added the 8-Hour Senior Driver Refresher Course! This is Class 1 of 2. You must take this class to be eligible to take Class 1 of 2 on December 11. The CAST Senior Center is happy to announce the addition of the 8-hour initial Senior Driver Refresher Course from the Minnesota Highway and Safety Research Center (MHSRC) to its class offerings in 2023. This class is the prerequisite to the 4-hour class. The 8-hour classes are scheduled in two 4-hour sessions: Monday\, March 13 and Monday\, March 20\, and Monday\, December 4 and Monday\, December 11. Sign up today! We will continue to offer the 4-hour Senior Driver Refresher Courses\, too. The 4-hour classes are scheduled on Monday\, January 9\, Monday\, February 27\, Monday April 10\, Monday\, May 22\, Monday\, July 10\, Monday\, August 14\, Monday\, September 25\, and Monday\, November 6. All classes will be held from 1-5pm in Room 112 at the CAST Senior Center\, 600 North German Street\, New Ulm. The 8-hour class fee is $28 per person\, and the 4-hour class is $24 per person\, payable by cash or check (to MHSRC) on the day of class. Pre-registration is required. Class size minimum is 15\, maximum is 48 people. Registration for all classes is open now.
