The Suite is perfect for working people coming to New Ulm needing a very comfortable place to stay short term or longer. It's also great for a weekend getaway. We are flexible with the number of guests - please reach out with questions.

The space:

Walk through the door and have everything at your fingertips instantly including wireless internet, cable TV. The Suite is very warm, inviting and comfortable. Guests have the entire apartment (1400 sq/ft) to themselves with their own keyless entry doors.
Feel free to prepare meals, most cookware and spices are supplied.

Feel free to use the washer and dryer (no quarters needed).

Guest access:
The entire suite is yours. There are two locked doors to enter the apartment, one at street level and one at the top of the stairs. Your own private keyless entry. You will have your own off street concrete driveway/parking.

Other things to note:
Keurig coffee maker and coffee is supplied. A bottle of red or white wine and a couple cans of Schell's beer are available for guests. Must be able to climb 15 indoor steps to enter apt. Snow plowing is provided for driveways and front porch.
