Minnesota Street in New Ulm to incorporate a mid-rise active adult community structure where residents will enjoy amenities & social interaction such as arts & crafts, woodworking, quilting, cards, bocce ball, horseshoes, wellness & exercise programs, social clubs etc. in a truly lifelong learning environment of active adults.
