Job Description
The ideal applicant will have a solid background in the field, strong leadership skills and the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. The Supervisor must be well organized and strongly focused on safety above all and at all times.

  • Starting pay $17.50/hour
  • Fulltime/Seasonal (eligible for unemployment)  ?

 Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work according to priorities and plans
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all sites at all times
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and scheduled jobs
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew
  • Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment including training on safety gear and procedures
  • Oversee quality standards on all sites
  • Resolve problems that may happen on site quickly and amicably
  • Report project status to owner and support staff
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
  • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
  • Be comfortable working with various wildlife in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces
  • Inspect homes/buildings with possible animal issues
  • Identify specific animal damage/animal traces
  • Set and maintain traps for nuisance animal removal (squirrels, raccoons, bats, etc.) 
  • Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting wildlife issues
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the physical ability to setup, use and work off of 24 foot+ extension ladder 
Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance and use
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Possess a valid drivers license and driving record that meets Company standards
  • Show a stable work history
  • Pass pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle and criminal background checks 
  • Good physical condition
