MR Paving and Excavating has an opening for a Construction Equipment Operator who will work as part of a team building communities, streets, sitework or utilities. He/she will operate construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers etc. to complete projects.  This person will frequently work more than 40 hours per week.
Additional duties may include physical labor that may involve raking, shoveling or compacting soils.
The ideal candidate must be over 18, able to lift over 80 pounds, have experience with construction equipment and be able to follow directions, remember task details and use basic construction math. 
-Operate equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life by following all company policies, procedures, federal and state laws.
-Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, ensure safely and securely stored, clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required.

We work locally, with little travel.  You will be in your own bed each night. 
Class D or better license, clean driving record required.  Class A CDL is a plus.
