Calling all Fitness Enthusiasts! We are looking for an individual to teach Strength Training Group Fitness Classes in our new, state of the art group fitness studio at the Rec Center! Classes are on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 5:45-6:30 a.m. with the option of additional classes as well as personal training on your own schedule. Must enjoy working with people, have group fitness certification and/or degree in Exercise Science or related field, along with teaching experience. Pay $14.80-$17.49 per hour. We are flexible and work with individual’s schedules as best we can. Now is the perfect time to earn a little extra spending money while fueling your passion for exercise! Position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Prefer the completion of four years of classes in an accredited college in health, exercise, or human performance or current certification in a nationally accredited fitness program (NETA, ACE), or recent experience instructing fitness programs and classes; American Red Cross First Aid/CPR or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
