Kohls-Weelborg Chevrolet In New Ulm Continues To Grow. We Are Currently Searching For A Performance Based Service Advisor For An Immediate Position!

This is a 'Sales Position' with potential to step up into management relatively soon with the right individual.

Responsibilities: The Service Advisor is responsible for building strong guest relationships and selling the technician's time. They greet and consult guests on service needs, perform thorough vehicle walk around inspections as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep guests updated on services, field all live service calls and take ownership of the guests experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience.

Ensure the guests receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
Drive the sale of technicians time to meet the departments sales forecast.
Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide opti
ons upon request.
K
eep guests informed on completion time, service expenses, and possible changes.
Ensure guest has a positive dealership experience.
Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions
regarding the guest's vehicle.

Qualifications: Previous Service Writer/Advisor experience is a plus. Ability to obtain information in a courteous, friendly and professional matter. Must have good communicative and interpretive skills.
