Desktop Support Technician
 
Citizens Bank Minnesota, Main office, is looking to fill a Desktop Support Technician position for our New Ulm location. This position will provide first level support to end users on a variety of requests. The focus of this position will be centered on resolving technical support requests, hardware deployment, equipment refreshes and other duties based on qualifications.
 
Desired Qualifications:
  • The ability to speak effectively with users while troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues via phone, email or in person.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Domain Services and Active Directory administration.
  • Familiar with industry supported operating systems including Mac and Windows.
  • Associates Degree preferred or two years of experience with a High School Diploma.
  • Ability to work independently.
