This is a primary caregiver position. You would be in charge of making the schedule for staff, preparing meals, doing lessons and activities with the children, and being the main line of communication for parents and staff. Qualifications for this job include: Previous childcare experience, an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood/education, or several years of childhood education classes.
