Local historian Dave Martinka will present “The Union Occupation of the Fredericksburg Area” at the Minnesota Valley Civil War Round Table on Tuesday, February 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the library. The Minnesota Valley Civil War Round Table series is presented the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at New Ulm Public Library and is free and open to the public.
