Harkin Store Program - Music for All Ages with Bill Cagely
MUSIC FOR ALL AGES AT THE HARKIN STORE
Musician, Bill Cagley, who plays "music for all ages" will be performing at the
Harkin Sore on May 29th from 1 to 4pm. Cagley sings and plays guitar, mandolin,
banjo and harmonica. He has performed many years at the Harkin Store and at
many other historical sites in Minnesota. He and his musical friend will be a delight
to the young and young at heart. He will bring along his daughter to do some dances
for us while he plays. Come and listen to him from our porch or bring along a lawn chair.
The admission to the program is included with admission to the store. The gift shop
will be open the same hours as the store and has many books, toys, unique and hand
crafted items, also 10 cent candy. The Harkin will be open Saturday and Sunday and
Memorial Day from 10 to 5 pm. In June, July and August will be open Tuesdays to Sundays.
The 1870's Harkin Store is located nine miles northwest of New Ulm on Nicollet County
Road 21, or the bottom road, or nine miles east of Fort Ridgely. For more information and
